Q: Is having something reupholstered less expensive than buying new?
A: Yes!!! and No... In the case of high-end, antique, custom, and commercial/industrial furnishings, yes it is. In the case of low-end and discount furnishings, no. Always consider how well the piece was built. If was built to last a lifetime, its well worth having reupholstered. Also, you can't put a price on heirloom pieces. There is no replacing the sentimental value of "grandpa's chair". But, we can reupholster it and preserve the memories...
Q: How do I begin?
A: Call us, Email us, Facebook Message us, or stop in and tell us all about it. Estimates are free and can be done in-home or in-shop.
Q: Your office hours are limited, can I schedule an appointment outside of those hours?
A: Yes, we are happy to accommodate your schedule.
Q: Should I have pictures or drawings?
A: Yes! Please it will help us understand exactly what you are looking for and allow us to better cater to your designs.
Q: How long will it take?
A: Most pieces take between 1 and 3 weeks to complete. Custom Sewing projects usually take about a week. Fabric, foam, and supply orders usually arrive within 3-7 days. Cushion re-stuffing and dining chairs are often same day service.
Q: As a business time is money when it comes to exam tables and equipment. How can you save on down time?
A: We usually pick up items at closing time on the last day of your work week and return them promptly first thing at the start of your work week.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes. We use Square and all major credit cards are accepted.
Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Yes, but there are exceptions. A 50% deposit is normally required. This is to cover the cost of materials and insure the client's intent. All craftsmanship is guaranteed. If there are any questions about this policy please ask.
Q: Do you have fabric to choose from?
A: Yes, We have an incredible selection to choose from. Thousands of samples in-shop and even more selections online. We carry several brands. Robert Allen, Greenhouse, Charlotte, Barrow, Fabricut, Luxury, Great Lakes, JKB, Kravet, and more.
Q: Can I use my own material?
A: Yes, but we reserve the right to approve or deny the material. The reasons will be discussed with client before making this decision. Most materials purchased at fabric stores are not meant for upholstery. It may be a good idea to ask us before purchasing any material on your own as there are several factors that should be considered.
Q: Do you do repairs?
A: Yes, both in shop and in home. If you are unable to easily bring the piece by the shop simply send us a photo.

A: Your piece is in good hands with us. We will take the utmost care of it. We are also fully insured and BBB Accredited.
